Hello Everyone:
My name is Nick Oliver. I am the Vice President of Recruitment for the current year. With the Spring semester just getting underway, 2010 looks to be another successful year for our chapter. The spring is highlighted by some exciting events on campus. We are having our annual Crawfish Boil coming up soon on April 14th. We are expecting to have a great turn out and a lot of fun and hope to raise over $3000 for The Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, our national philanthropy.
The summer will be a blast with another lake party and our annual kayaking trip. We are planning on having the lake party this summer at Lake Martin. The date for this has not yet been set, but you will definately be informed when we decide on a weekend. The kayaking trip also has not been set, but we are planning on kayaking down the Coosa River in Wetumpka once again this year. The Lake Party was a huge hit last summer and kayaking is always a huge success and such a great trip for active brothers, alumni, and potentials alike.
Throughout the summer as we have IMPACT on campus, many FarmHouse Brothers will be going out to eat the first night of each session and then hanging out later that night. We will also have a table set up at the organizational browse sessions during IMPACT this summer. If you would like additional information about FarmHouse, Recruitment, or anything else, I encourage you to please email me at

Fraternally,
Nick Oliver
